ON DATA PROCESSING DURING RECRUITMENT

Nextum Audit Zrt. (hereinafter referred to as “Nextum”) processes job applicants’ personal data as follows. You can contact the Company as controller with your queries by sending an email to .

Data subjects

Processing data for recruitment purposes relates to the personal data of applicants for jobs advertised by Nextum.

Scope of personal data

In the course of processing data for recruitment purposes, Nextum processes the following personal data of the applicant:

  • full name
  • contact details (email, telephone number)
  • permanent address, residence / temporary address
  • date of birth
  • personal data provided in the CV (previous jobs, education, hobbies, foreign languages spoken)

Source of personal data

The personal data affected by data processing for recruitment purposes are collected by Nextum from the data subject. Personal data collected within the scope of application by direct email or via the website www.nextum.hu/karrier are received at the email address. The processing of personal data and their compilation into a database are carried out manually and individually by recruitment professionals.

Legal ground for data processing

Nextum processes data for recruitment purposes through the online interface on the basis of the informed consent of the data subject. The consent covers the processing of data relating to the job advertisement (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Nextum processes the personal data of candidates successfully passing the selection process in order to take the necessary steps prior to the conclusion of the employment contract (Article 6 (1) (b), second option GDPR).

Purpose of data processing

Nextum will process the above personal data for recruitment purposes, with the purpose of establishing an employment relationship with the applicants for the advertised positions.

Duration

Nextum will process the personal data of the data subject in accordance with the legal basis and for the recruitment purposes indicated above until the successful completion of the selection process, i.e. until the acceptance of the offer of employment sent by Nextum.

Erasure

The data subject may request Nextum to erase their personal data previously collected from them for recruitment purposes from its databases at any time without giving reasons by sending an email to or by post to Nextum. Nextum will send a confirmation email immediately, or within 30 days at the latest, and will permanently erase the personal data of the data subject from its databases. Nextum will consider the message with the above subject matter as a withdrawal of the consent given during the application and, vice versa, the declaration of withdrawal of consent will be considered as a request to erase personal data.

Access

By sending a request to the email address , applicants have the right to ask Nextum at any time for information on what personal data are processed, on what legal ground, and for what purpose.

Data security measures

Nextum applies the following technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data of applicants against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or damage:

  • access to the files of applicants and candidates is confined to senior executives and the office manager;
  • Nextum’s computers are protected by unique identifiers and passwords; Nextum applies strict and continuously monitored access restrictions;
  • application materials are stored electronically in a file manager to which access is restricted to senior executives and the office manager, and physical servers storing the files are located in secure external locations in Hungary;
  • Nextum does not use external service providers in employment matters; therefore, applicants’ personal data will not be transferred to any third parties outside the organisation and can only be accessed by processors.
